Journey

Arrive in Vientiane, where you’ll be welcomed by your private guide and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, begin your journey with a tour of Wat Si Saket, the city’s oldest and most treasured temple, built between 1819 and 1824 by Chao Anou, the last monarch of the Kingdom of Vientiane. Visit Wat Prakeo, once the royal temple of the Lao monarchy, and marvel at the revered That Luang Stupa, the symbol of Laos. Pause at the Patuxay Monument, Laos’ own Arc de Triomphe, before ending your day with a romantic sunset cruise on the Mekong River.
Overnight in Vientiane.

After breakfast, step into a surreal dreamscape at Buddha Park, where over 200 Hindu and Buddhist sculptures rise from lush gardens—ideal for whimsical photos and quiet reflection. Depart Vientiane and journey north to Vang Vieng, stopping at colorful Hmong markets and the unique Ban Tha Heua fish-drying village along peaceful lakeshores. Arrive in Vang Vieng, surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs and rice paddies. On arrival in Vang Vieng, we check in hotel and relax for the rest of the day.

Overnight in Vang Vieng.

Today is all about adventure and serenity. Start at the local market, where fresh produce and smiling locals bring the town to life. Continue to the hidden Tham Phoukham Cave, where sacred Buddha statues rest deep within glittering stalactites. Cool off in the nearby Blue Lagoon, a picture-perfect spot for a refreshing swim.

In the afternoon, enjoy a long-tail boat ride on the Nam Song River, gliding through Vang Vieng’s cinematic scenery. Visit an organic farm and sip on soothing mulberry tea handpicked from the garden.

Overnight in Vang Vieng.

After breakfast, leave Vang Vieng for Luang Prabang, ascending winding mountain roads with spectacular views. En route, visit Tham Jang Cave, once used as a shelter during wartime. Stop at scenic viewpoints and hill tribe villages to meet local families, admire traditional wooden houses, and capture panoramic views. Arrive in Luang Prabang, a town frozen in time, where golden spires, colonial mansions, and candle-lit evenings await.

Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Begin the day with a visit to the former Royal Palace Museum, now the National Museum, showcasing centuries of Lao heritage. Stroll through the charming streets to reach Wat Xiengthong, the most exquisite temple in Luang Prabang, famed for its sweeping roofs and colorful mosaics, a jewel of Lao temple architecture. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat trip along the Mekong River to the sacred Pak Ou Caves, sacred pilgrimage sites filled with thousands of Buddha statues left by devotees over centuries. Along the way, stop at Ban Xang Hai to taste traditional Lao rice wine, and explore Ban Xang Khong, a peaceful riverside village famous for handcrafted silk and Saa paper. End the day with a climb up Phousi Hill to watch a sunset panorama unfold over Luang Prabang’s rooftops and the Mekong.

Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Optional

Rise early to take part in Luang Prabang’s spiritual tradition of giving morning alms to saffron-robed monks. After breakfast, explore the vibrant Morning Market, filled with exotic foods, woven goods, and local charm. Explore Wat Visoun, the city’s oldest temple, and the Traditional Arts & Ethnology Centre, a beautiful space preserving Laos’ ethnic culture and craftsmanship. In the afternoon, head out to the spectacular Khouang Si Waterfall, stopping at ethnic minority villages along the way. Swim in turquoise pools beneath cascading falls or stroll the trails together, hand in hand, a magical and refreshing end to your day.

Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Enjoy a leisurely morning, perhaps with a final walk through Luang Prabang’s quiet alleys and riverside cafes. After check-out, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight home—leaving with hearts full of memories, and a love that has grown deeper in this land of serenity. Depart with hearts full of memories, knowing your honeymoon in Laos was not just a trip—but a timeless chapter of your love story.
